"Follow your dreams, they know the way."
Kobe Yamada
(New York Times best-selling author and President of "Compendium" publishing house.)
Some more timeless, and amazing books that have helped me along the way...
I hope you also find them useful.
"Wishes Fulfilled"
by Dr Wayne Dyer
I love Wayne Dyer - he was a true gift to humanity.
Like all of his works, this book is written with Dr Dyer's unmistakable gentle sincerity and amazing clarity. And though the principles explained in it are not new, the way he explains them is quite unique.
This book is truly enlightening. It is an eye opener and will take the reader to a higher level of consciousness!

"Radical Acceptance"
by Tara Brach Ph.D
A beautiful, gentle way to learn how to love oneself. This book is about helping the reader move from pain and discontentment of the self to a place of serenity, fulfilment and quiet confidence.
The author has a deep understanding of self-limiting beliefs and the terrible impact they can have on a person's life.
Definitely worth reading for anyone on a journey of self-healing.

"Healing Trauma"
by Peter Levine Ph.D
This book is probably quite revolutionary, in that the author suggests trauma is not just emotional and psychological, but also physiological in nature.
I did find it rather difficult to read because of some of the examples used in it. Nevertheless, the theory is validated by its success. There are exercises given to help people heal from their past traumas by dispelling the negative energy created and stored in the body by the traumatic experiences.

"Infinite Potential"
by Neville Goddard (Compiled by Mitch Horrowitz)
Neville Goddard was a spiritual leader, a prolific writer and speaker of his time. He gave freely of his wisdom and insight and left a huge wealth of material behind.
This book is a perfect introduction to the Author's teachings. I would recommend it to everyone interested in self-help, spiritual wisdom and healing.

"Polishing the Mirror"
by Ram Dass
I read Ram Dass many years ago. But at the time, his books didn't make much of an impact on me.
But, I must say this book is truly beautiful - it gave me answers to questions, which I didn't even know I was asking, but were about things that were affecting me deeply for many years.
It's a very enlightening book, and beautifully written - very much worth reading.

"The Wahls Protocol"
by Dr Terry Wahls
This book gave me the answer and solution to years of misery suffering from chronic fatigue. Dr Wahls is an amazing lady who reversed her symptoms of MS through diet control!
This book is a must-have for everyone. But, especially for those suffering from any form of autoimmune disorder. It's very in-depth and well-written, albeit, complicated at times – but keep with it, and it will be worth the effort!

"The Joy Diet"
by Dr Martha Beck
This is a truly delightful little book. It's written in a charmingly witty and humorous style, and delightfully simple to follow.
It covers seven basic aspects of our lives and presents very effective and doable exercises to help us transform our outlook and change our perceptions towards life and circumstances.
Followed step-by-step this book can really help us find joy in our lives.

"Flow - The Psychology of Happiness"
by Dr Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
The author was an eminent Hungarian-American psychologist, who first understood and named the high productivity state of ‘flow’.
This book explains in detail the reasons we experience anxiety and unfulfillment, and the concepts and practices that we can adopt to achieve genuine happiness, and a greater sense of achievement in our lives.

The Light in the Heart
by Roy T. Bennett
A nice little book, full of inspirational quotes by the Author. He was actually a politician rather than an author, and it's the only book written by him, but quotes from this book can be found on many motivational internet sites.
It's actually a lovely read, a good book for the coffee table, to flick through for inspiration, or to keep at hand, for referring to for encouragement, or as a guide for a more positive outlook on life.
